The Distinction Hotel Te Anau has 180 rooms and suites, in a range of grades from the budget-concious Standard Studio Rooms, up to the Deluxe Suites.

The Standard Studio Rooms offer 1 double bed, or 1 double and 1 single bed, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer and either shower or bath/shower, a work desk and chair, air conditioning and heating, Sky TV, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and mini-fridge.

Superior Rooms offer the same amenities, with the addition of a small dining table and chairs, and 2 double beds.

Deluxe Rooms again have the same amenities, but with more luxurious decor and furnishings, such as 2 Queen beds with gold bedspreads, contemporary black and white marble bathroom and silk-like drapes.

Deluxe Accessible Rooms offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Rooms but with more space for wheelchair parties, families or groups wanting some extra space.  They offer a Superking bed and a lounge area in the main room, and a second separate bedroom with 2 single beds.  Ensuites are either contemporary blackand white marble with shower over the bath, or a spacious wet room bathroom with shower only.

Superior Suites can sleep up to 5 guests, with a king bed, sofa, and table and chairs in the main room, and 3 single beds in a separate room.  The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the bath.  Deluxe Suites offer a Superking size bed, 2 single beds in the separate bedroom,  and upgraded decor and furnishing.

Distinction Luxmore Hotel has two fabulous on-site restaurants for you to choose from - the buffet style Hilights Restaurant, which offers a carvery buffet and a la carte menu,  and the Bailiez Cafe and Bar, offering bar meals, light lunches, snacks and coffees.
