The Outrigger Aina Nalu offers 135 studio, 1- and 2-bedroomed apartments, set in tropical landscaped gardens and just a short walk from the famous Front Street, the harbour and beach, and the heart of Lahaina town, with all the many shops, bars and restaurants it has to offer. The Resort is also right on the Honoapiilani Highway (Highway 30), the main road that goes right around the island, linking you with Kaanapali to the north, Kihei and Wailea/Makena area to the south, and the many small towns and beaches all along its route.
The spacious apartments at Outrigger Aina Nalu, are in 2-storey Asian-inspired buidings, surrounded by lawns and tropical gardens. Each apartment has recently been updated, and they offer excellent facilities and spacious accommodation. They offer 4 categories of apartment; Garden View Studio, 1-Bed Garden View, 2-bed/1 bath Garden view and 2-bed/2 bath Garden View.
The Studio rooms offer 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, ceiling fan and air conditioning, table and chairs, cable TV, telephone, iron and ironing board, alarm clock/radio, and opening sliding doors overlooking the tropical gardens.
The apartments offer 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, with either king or queen beds, 1 or 2 ensuite bathrooms with wet room shower and hairdryer, full kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cookware, table ware, washer/dryer and tea/coffee making facilities, living room with queen sofabed and chairs, coffee table, cable TV, telephone, dining table and chairs, ceiling fans and air conditioning, and opening patio doors to a furnished lanai or patio overlooking the gardens.
Housekeeping service is available on request during your stay, for a per day charge paid locally.
The Outrigger Aina Nalu does not have its own restaurant on site, as the apartments are designed to give you the freedom of self-catering, but if you don't fancy cooking, there are a huge number of different restaurants, bars and cafes in Lahaina itself, and the town of Kaanapali is just a few miles up Highway 30, and offers many more dining and shopping choices.
The Resort has 2 outdoor pools with sundecks, spa hot tub and loungers, and nearby activities include golf, scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, surfing, bike rentals, tennis, scooter/moped rentals, fishing and hiking and biking trails, to name but a few!
The Outrigger Aina Nula provides space and freedom for groups or families staying on Maui, and is a good value property in an excellent location to explore Lahaina and all this lovely island has to offer.

Child Policy
Children of all ages are catered for, children 18 years old and under stay FREE when they share the room with accompanying adults and use the existing beds. Rollaway/extra beds are available on request, at a fee of $15 per night.
Airport Transfers
Private round trip airport transfers are available on request.
The Hotel is approximately 15 miles from Kahului Airport. Taxis are widely available. However, we recommend using a hire car on Maui, to appreciate this beautiful island. Guest parking is available near to each apartment and is complimentary.

Currently, there are no non-stop flights from the UK to the Hawaiian Islands, mainly due to the distance from the UK. The most convenient way of getting there is via a connection at an American or Canadian city, and the following is a list of the Airlines that offer through service to the islands and the routes they operate.
Air Canada: Offer daily connecting flights to Honolulu from Heathrow via Toronto or Vancouver
United Airlines: Offer through services with same day connections from Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Heathrow via Newark, Washington, Los Angeles and San Francisco to Honolulu (Oahu), Maui, Kauai and Kona (Hawaii Big island). They also offer non-stop flights from Chicago and Denver to Honolulu
American Airlines: Offer through services with same day connections from Heathrow via Los Angeles to Maui, Kauai and Kona (Hawaii Big island). They also offer non-stop flights from Dallas to Honolulu and Maui
Alaska Airlines: Offer daily flights from Anchorage, Seattle and Portland to Honolulu, Maui, Hawaii Big Island and Kauai, which can be used in conjunction with other airlines from the UK
Delta Airlines: Currently, no Delta flights from the UK make a same day connection to their Hawaiian flights, so an overnight stay will be required. However, they can offer a same day connection by using Virgin Atlantic's flight from Heathrow to LA, They offer non-stop flights to Honolulu (Oahu) from Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit and Salt Lake City, and to Maui from Los Angeles and Salt Lake City
Hawaiian Airlines: They provide a large range of flights from cities in the American West to Honolulu and Maui. Their flights from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Las Vegas, San Diego, Seattle, Portland and Phoenix can be used in connection with other carriers flights from the UK. They also provide a weekly service between Honolulu and Tahiti, currently operating on a Saturday/Sunday schedule.
Korean Air:
Offer a very competitive price for flights to Honolulu from
Heathrow via Seoul in South Korea, but it is the long way
around.
Domestic Flights around the
Islands
There are currently two major domestic airlines operating in Hawaii; Island Air, and Hawaiian Airlines. They operate an extensive domestic flight network covering all the islands, with frequent and regular departures operating between 6am and 9 pm
There are a number of aircraft and helicopters available for
private charters throughout Hawaii, so arranging charters between
the main and/or outer islands is very easy. At this time, there are
no seaplanes available for chartering in the Hawaiian chain, which
is a little disappointing for flying boat fans!

For most airlines, we can pre-reserve seats for you once your flight booking is confirmed, and if no charge is applied, will do so as a matter of course. If there is a charge by the airline for this, we will only do this with your approval.
