Set on the hilltop overlooking Honiara and Iron Bottom Sound, the hotel rooms are reached by a short cable car ride from street level.  It is within easy walking distance of the islands' cultural museum, restaurants, cafes, shopping centres and banks.  

 

There are suites and standard rooms available.  The rooms are air conditioned, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, direct dialling phones, and satellite television with in-house video movies and Australian TV.  However, some rooms near the bar area can be noisy, and the Suite rooms near the top can be quite a walk if the cable car power is out. 

 

The hotel has a restaurant, bar and night club, an infinity pool with waterfall and landscaped gardens.  There is nightly entertainment and weekly poolside barbeques where all guests are welsome, and they can arrange many tours and fishing and day trips if required.

 

This hotel is owned by Solomon Islands Resorts, which also owns the Gizo Hotel, Kennedy Island (where JFK was marooned in WWII), and Naru Private Island.
