The First Landing Resort is a 15 minute drive north from Nadi Airport, and set amongst lush tropical gardens on a white sand beach (the only one in the Nadi area) with westerly views over nearby Mamanuca Islands, giving fabulous sunsets.

Accommodation is in modern studio apartments, attached (duplex) bures (bungalows) or detached villas, with garden, beach or ocean views.

Garden Bures are single storey, plantation-style duplex bungalows that offer 1 King or Double bed, ensuite bathroom with wet-room style walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, sitting area, Wi-Fi Internet access and a screen-enclosed furnished verandah with views over the tropical landscaped gardens, and just a short walk to the beachfront.  The Beachfront Spa Bures are the same as the Garden Bures, but are located close to the beach and has a spa bath with shower over in the ensuite bathroom.  The Deluxe Garden Bures offer similar amenities, but additionally have a separate bedroom, larger lounge area with sitting and dining area, plus a galley kitchen with full-size fridge-freezer, microwave and cooktop.

The Tropical Studio apartments are modern and spacious and located on the ground floor of a small brand new block overlooking the beach.  They offer generous, contemporary accommodation with a king bed, sofabed, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, and large ensuite bathroom with modern vanity, soaking tub, and huge pebble-clad glass walk-in shower.  The Tropical 1 Bedroom Apartment is on the ground floor, next door to the Studio, and offers similar facilities, but has a separate bedroom, large lounge/dining room with galley kitchen and doors opening to the screen-enclosed furnished verandah.  On the first floor above these 2 apartments, is the Tropical 3 Bed apartment, with 3 separate bedrooms (2 modern ensuites) with King and Single beds, a 3rd shower room with glass shower, spacious lounge with sitting and dining areas, fully fitted kitchen, and double sliding doors opening to a full width balcony with table and chairs and beach views.

The detached 2-Bedroom Garden Villa offers 2 separate bedroom with ensuites, spacious lounge with kitchen, dining and sitting area, spacious deck and enclosed tropical courtyard garden with a large private pool.

The detached 1-Bedroom Private Beachfront Villa is in a secluded spot right on the beach, giving privacy and Tranquil peace, with a separate bedroom, living/dining room with Kitchen, and private deck overlooking the beach.

For larger groups of friends or families, there is also a large detached 4 Bedroom Beachfront Villa with a private pool and garden and panoramic ocean views. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, 2 open-plan living areas, dining area with full kitchen, plus a 2nd kitchenette upstairs, and a private terrace, garden and pool.

There is a marina and yacht club, and the beachfront restaurant serves steak, fresh seafood and local cuisine, as well as handmade wood-fired pizza, Western, Indian and Asian dishes, and their speciality, huge fresh lobster.

First Landing Resort is the perfect location for a destination stay in Fiji, or in combination with an outer island resort or cruise. Access to nearby islands is easy from the First Landing marina in front of the restaurant. First Landing has a small island feel on the mainland.
