Situated on Fiji's unspoiled northern island of Vanua Levu, this recently remodeled resort can be listed in Fiji's top ten resorts. Owned by the family of the world famous Jacques Cousteau, who arguably did more to popularise amateur scuba diving than anyone else. But if you are not into scuba diving then do not worry as the resort is designed to cater for all requirements, its tranquil setting provides an ideal location in which to relax and let the world's pressures pass you by.
The resort is situated close to some of Fiji's finest dive locations so ensuring a splendid diving experience for the resort's guests. In addition, the resort has a resident marine biologist to answer your aquatic questions and a photo lab so you can get instant development of your underwater photographs. The resort runs a number of cultural, marine and ecological programs that are designed to enhance your appreciation for protecting and conserving Fiji's environment.
The accommodation is offered in 25 spacious Bures, spread throughout a tropical garden which nestles in a 17 acre coconut grove that fronts the water's edge of the protected Savusavu Bay. The bures are built of local materials and offer a high standard of soft furnishings and comfort. All rooms offer private bathrooms, with shower or bath, the rooms have high ceilings with fans for ventilation. There are four categories of accommodation, garden view bures, oceanfront, oceanfront bedroom bures and oceanfront split level bures.
There are many activities for the non-diver to enjoy at the resort, from just lounging around the swimming pool to the more energetic pursuits of playing tennis or take treks through the rain forest. The resort also runs a comprehensive child's program, which is designed to give them a cultural and ecological understanding of Fiji.
The resort's restaurant is renown for its cuisine, so your dining experience will be a very pleasant one, all your meals and soft drinks are included in the price quoted.

Child Policy
Children are welcome all year round in Garden View, Oceanfront and 2 bedroomed Oceanfront Bures, and Oceanfront Suites.
Children are not accommodated year round in Point Reef Spa Bure.
Point Reef bures are not recommended for children under three, due to safety concerns.
Airport Transfers
Round trip airport transfers to/from Savusavu Airport are included in the cost.
The resort is 7 km from Savusavu Airport.

Fiji has one of the best air service connections of any of the islands in the Pacific.
Air Pacific, Fiji's national carrier, provides a daily service to Sydney and Auckland and up to six times a week to Los Angeles, with frequent flights to Brisbane and Melbourne. Air Pacific also provides regular services to the neighbouring island nations of Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, Kiribati and the Solomon Islands. Further afield it operates twice weekly flights to Hong Kong.
Virgin Blue operate a regular service from/to Sydney, with connections to many other Australian cities.
Air Cali operate twice a week between Noumea and Nadi. Currently Air New Guinea operate a twice a week service from and to Port Moresby via Honiara.
Air New Zealand operates daily to/from Auckland with connections to its double-daily flights to London, either via Los Angeles or Hong Kong. Air New Zealand also operates a codeshare arrangement with Air Pacific providing seats on their non-stop Nadi-Los Angeles flights.
Korean Air operate three flights a week between Seoul and Nadi. On the southbound flights from Seoul a direct connection can be made off Korean Air's daily London-Seoul flight. However on the return flight a night stop will be required in Seoul, as the flight timings do not permit a same day connection.
Pacific Sun, Air Pacific's domestic airline subsidiary, operates an extensive domestic flight network covering all the countries main islands, with at least a daily service. The main northern islands receive at least two flights a day and some times more, the less populated islands get a restricted service, so sometimes a night stop in Nadi or Suva may be required when connecting between some of the less popular islands.
A number of the outer Island Resorts operate their own dedicated daily flights, to transfer their clients from Nadi to the resort and back, using either fixed wing commuter aircraft, seaplanes or helicopters, these details will be given at the time we provide our quotation.
